Ideal Recovery Duration

One of the most commonly questioned aspects of recovery for any fitness goer is recovery duration. “How long should I recover for?”, “How many days should I take off after an event?”, “How do I know if I recovered to long?” these questions as well as many more you might be asking and finding no solid answer.
